4/8/2024 0 Comments Bronica rf645 review![]() ![]() One should put through a camera at least a value of film equal to its purchase cost, and preferably a few times over that amount, I think, in order for it to be a good buy (even if some Leica collectors might think otherwise). The flipside of this is of course that the larger negative eats more film, with 10 shots per roll of 120 compared to 16 for the Bronica, but that's only a consideration if you have to be budgety about how much film you use, in which case I assume you would be considering other camera options. Even if you don't, it is always nice to have that option for later. The negative size of the Mamiya is a lot bigger, which will make even larger enlargments - of course whether this is a useful feature depends on whether you intend to make large blow-ups. For starters, both the Bronica and Mamiya weigh in at about the same, so they are on rather equal terms when it comes to packing light. ![]()
